No longer works (2004-01-18).
I'm still trying to fix my account after November's customer service meltdown. For the last six weeks customer care has "been experiencing heavy call volume" with "wait times longer than 20 minutes". The worst thing is the damned ads they play at you while you're on hold. As seen on Howard Forums
